    About the role

    The CSM will lead and manage the provision of best-in-class customer service and experience to Nominets customers and stakeholders, including domain registrants and registrars, customers of new products & services sold through the channel and B2C via TheUKDomain, RSP clients and their registrars and PDNS customers.

    About you and your experience

  • Management experience in a dynamic, positive and innovative customer service environment
  • Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service and service level agreements
  • Technical awareness or ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
  • Understanding of the domain name system (desirable)
  • Ability to champion the services the teams deliver both Internally and externally
  • Experience of working in collaboration with the product team to ensure the product roadmap has a customer focus
  • Good knowledge of the internet industry
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships, both internally and externally
