The role is target based with a mix of financial targets and activity targets. It will be based on activity driven by contact with client and candidates and results – i.e. billings.
You will manage your own accounts and client base, and work towards your own targets. The role is very team focused, and you will be expected to help your colleagues out when necessary.

Training / Support Available:

– Quarterly: Business review with line manager
– Annual: Appraisal / development plan review
– Ongoing: Access to internal coaching and external training, in line with our company mission statement.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
