    Technical Support Engineer - Edinburgh - Up to £300 per day.

    You will be providing remote support to our clients. Experience working directly with end users daily along with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and technical support.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to our clients primarily via phone and email but on occasions also onsite at client offices.
    • Reproduce customer environment and run tests
    • Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
    • Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
    • Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware

    Required:

    • Experience working in Financial services and/or MSP space.
    • Must have good knowledge of supporting microsoft products
    • Must have good knowledge of providing support in windows environments

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years' of technical support experience
    • Customer service oriented
    • Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
