- Provide technical support to our clients primarily via phone and email but on occasions also onsite at client offices.
- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
- Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
- Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
- Experience working in Financial services and/or MSP space.
- Must have good knowledge of supporting microsoft products
- Must have good knowledge of providing support in windows environments
- 3+ years' of technical support experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
