mid-level Business Consultant with expertise in Project Management Office (PMO), banking, and payments systems, who is fluent in French, to join our dynamic team.

**About the Profile

***: As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising our banking and financial sector clients on strategic projects. Your expertise in PMO will be essential in overseeing project execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with our clients' business goals and regulatory requirements. Your knowledge of banking and payments systems will enable you to offer actionable insights and solutions to complex challenges faced by our clients. Fluency in French is a must, as you will be liaising with our French-speaking clients and stakeholders.


Functions:


  • Provide consultancy services to clients in the banking and financial services sector, focusing on PMO, banking regulations, and payments systems.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, risk management, and cost reduction.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including presenting reports and insights to clients in both English and French.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide uptodate advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consultancy practice.

Requirements:


  • A
    bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • A minimum of
    5 years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector

  • Proven track record in
    PMO, with experience in managing
    banking and
    payments
    systems projects

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
    fluency in both English and French

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
  • Fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
