    Aboutthe Profile

    As aBusiness Consultant you will play a crucial role in advising ourbanking and financial sector clients on strategic projects. Yourexpertise in PMO will be essential in overseeing project executionensuring that all initiatives align with our clients business goalsand regulatory requirements. Your knowledge of banking and paymentssystems will enable you to offer actionable insights and solutionsto complex challenges faced by our clients. Fluency in French is amust as you will be liaising with our Frenchspeaking clients andstakeholders.

    Functions:

    Provide consultancy services to clients in the banking andfinancial services sector focusing on PMO banking regulations andpayments systems.

    Lead and manage projects frominception to completion ensuring alignment with client objectivesand compliance with regulatory standards.

    Develop and implement strategies for process improvement riskmanagement and cost reduction.

    Facilitateeffective communication between stakeholders including presentingreports and insights to clients in both English andFrench.

    Stay abreast of industry trends andregulatory changes to provide uptodate advice toclients.

    Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

    Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of theconsultancypractice.

    Requirements:

    A bachelors degree in Business Administration Financeor a related field. A masters degree or relevantprofessional certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) ispreferred.

    A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in consultancy with a focus on the banking and financialservices sector.

    Proven trackrecord in PMO with experience inmanaging banking andpaymentssystemsprojects.

    Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex datainto actionable insights.

    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with fluencyin both English and French.

    Ability to work independently and in a team with a high degree ofprofessionalism and integrity.

    Willingness totravel as required to meet client needs.

    Fluencyin Spanish would be aplus.
