Personal Profile

With 25 yrs experience from leading London Developers, London Councils and the GLA, I have become a specialist in design focussed high rise development predominantly in London. I generally manage the whole of the front end of development: land acquisition, legal agreements (JV, LLP etc.), planning, disposal of land, development management, design management, master planning, financial appraisal (expert). In my last role within the industry, I oversaw all development and predevelopment functions of Anthology at Board level reporting to Oaktree Investment Committee.

With a keen interest in architecture and having led the approval process of the Elephant and Castle Master Plan (2002-4), I am committed to land acquisition, large- and small-scale urban design, JV creation, design quality and leaving a legacy.

Currently acting as an independent development and business planning consultant in the third and public sectors.
