    We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and Manufacturing Manager in Redditch.

    As Manufacturing Manager, your duties will include:

    • Full responsibility for shop floor operations including production and mixing activities within themanufacturing facility.
    • Project leader for CI activities such as Standard Work definition, Problem Solving & Corrective Action, Lead-time Reduction initiatives - implementation VSM and the 8-point Future State criteria.
    • Lead 5S deployment across the shop floor.
    • Key leader in the creation of natural high performance teams involving Manufacturing, Quality,Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing and Supply Chain to achieve company objectives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
    • Work with planning / engineering functions to align production capacity to commercial growth plans.
    • Lead team improvement processes across the manufacturing floor to improve safety quality, cost and delivery performance.
    Experience of manufacturing / production engineering processes gained in an FMCG environment.

    • Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing.
    • Understanding of manufacturing and procurement / supply chain.
    • Knowledge of modern manufacturing and engineering techniques; Lean Practitioner with proven experience of leading implementation teams to deliver measurable results in TPS.
    • Can demonstrate relationship building experience establishing high performance teams delivering results.
    • Possess strong analytical and planning abilities.
    • Change loop leader driven by the energy of change activities to improve quality and profitabilityperformance.
    • Project Management experience delivering change initiatives.
