New Homes Sales Consultant - Near Banbury
A exciting opportunity for New Homes Site Sales Consultants to join an established medium sized House Builder working on a prestigious site new development near Banbury.
They are a niche developer offering a fabulous product and deliver ourstanding customer service.
key responsibilities include:
- To maintain the presentation of the sales complex to the highest standard
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- To progress reservations to exchange and completion and ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company within the appropriate time scales
- To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints with guidance from the Sales Manager
- To represent the company to the highest professional standards
Salary and package:
- Thursday
- Monday am (4pm finish on Sundays)
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Company pension
- Annual bonus
