- Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools with Fanuc controls to produce precision components, including working on a brand new CNC Millturn transfer machine which has 10 stations.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Turner, with the ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools with Fanuc controls.
- Working in environments of a mixture of medium and high volume production.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Millturn experience would be desirable
