IO Associates seeks a Facilities Management Business Partner for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors.
This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.
Lead the implementation of a Site/Building Process confirmation routine with Site Business Partners and Building custodians. Manage action recording and timely follow-up on Facility Management (FM) topics.Act as the local FM representative in Site-level working groups.
Support the Site FMRE Business Partner in addressing reactive/unplanned issues across the site.
Prior experience in project management and project delivery is preferred.
Experience in facility management, building, and construction is preferred.
