Labour Hire is looking for a POWDER COATER for a well-established company in GREENFIELD, OLDHAM.


_This is a full-time, permanent position with NO agency probation period_

About You:


  • Methodical and diligent in approach to work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with an aptitude for solving problems.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good attendance and timekeeping.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Experience of using a manual spraying system
  • The ability to prepare parts for powder coating
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work to targets
  • Must be able punctual and able to commit to working the shift pattern.
  • However, training would be offered to motivated individuals who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve themselves

About the Role:


  • Monday
  • Thursday 13:45pm
  • 22:00pm, Friday 12:30pm19:30pm
  • Rate: £12.62 per hour.
  • As a Powder Coating Operative, you will be responsible for the powder coating of aluminium using a Powder Coating gun in a spray booth.
  • You will be required to spray powder to the correct thickness, working as part of an experienced powder coating team.
  • You will have the versatility to spray to a high standard, a range of products from extrusions to large flat surfaces.
