FE fundinfo is a global leader in investment fund data and technology. We are proud of our vast, diverse, and highly skilled team, who help to make our industry Better Connected and Better Informed. We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team in London.

We are looking for an individual to support our CEO and wider executive leadership team. As the right hand to our leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week from home.


Your key responsibilities as an Executive Assistant will be to:

  • Diary management and control of business schedule, anticipating needs and working with CEO to prioritise
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships on behalf of CEO and ELT
  • Process monthly expenses (company card, outofpocket expenses, invoices) in a timely manner, using systems such as Concur
  • Support the CEO and wider ELT with adhoc projects as required
  • Provide high standards of administrative support to executives, ensuring that all necessary arrangements and relevant documentation are delivered in a timely fashion to a high degree of accuracy
  • Proactively book and coordinate all travel including flights, hotels, visas, currency, and ground transportation within the company expense policy
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the London office including general support for visitors, activities, catering, travel arrangements etc as required
  • Take the lead on companywide initiatives and events, ensuring successful organisation and execution
  • Line manage our UK Office Manager, providing support and development as needed

To join us as an Executive Assistant, you will need the following experience and skills:

  • You must extensive experience in diary management including organising international travel
  • You must be adept at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and developing solutions to streamline processes
  • You must have the ability to work within a fastpaced company and team
  • You must have experience of working with Board and Executive level management
  • You will have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • You must be assertive, proactive and have the ability to manage upwards
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and without direction
