Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £50 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £5m - £30m.
About the Role
As the Estimator reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved in and responsible for dealing with clients pre and post sales, upfront involvement in multiple projects for work winning with other team members and providing cost advice and delivering quality tender submissions.
In the role you will undertake estimating and commercial activities during the tendering and precontract process through to handover to the project delivery team, ensuring a seamless handover between work winning and project delivery.
About the requirementsAbout the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum via ltd company plus additional bonuses for successfully won projects.
