Premises Recruitment are currently working two successful principle contractors in London who are looking to appoint Design Managers to work on live projects.

1) Tier 1 Main Contractor

Part of an international construction group, with an enviable forward order book of projects ranging from £50m to £350m+ spanning residential/mixed use development, schools, hospitals, and university buildings.

Seeking a Design Manager and an MEP Design Manager to work on 2 No. Secondary Education New Build/Refurbishment projects.
£40m and £50m contract values. 3 Year contract programmes.

2) £150m+ turnover Main Contractor - Super Prime Project
Seeking a Design Manager for a £30m Super Prime Residential project in Mayfair.

This is a flagship project working for prestige client, developing a property in the leading Ultra Luxury residential development in London.
