Description
Immediate start 3 month interim HR Advisor role based in Halifax. This role will be part-time, either 3 or 4 days per week.

Our client is a non-profit organisation based in Halfiax, easily accessible via public transport.


Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Delivering employee relations advice, guidance & administration
  • Managing recruitment processes and procedures
  • Completing HR projects where required
  • Assisting with annual policy and procedure reviews and updating on an ad hoc basis
  • Leading on monthly HR reporting to the function and wider business

Profile

  • Hold CIPD level
  • Be immediately available
  • Have experience as a HR Advisor or HR Officer

Job Offer

  • Immediate start
  • Parttime working options, either 3 or 4 days per week
