You will have good literacy and numeracy skills, be very organised and effective in supporting children in their learning. Experience of working with Early Years children is desirable but this post is also open to non-experienced candidates. The successful candidate will be expected to support teaching and learning by working alongside class teachers and delivering intervention programmes as required to support learning and progress.
