Description
Following rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven copywriter with a passion for eCommerce to join our growing team of Amazon marketing experts, working with some of the world's largest brands, helping them drive more sales, greater on-page engagement and a deeper connection with their target consumer audiences.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- You will create persuasive, consumerfriendly and conversiondriven copy for our clients' Amazon detail pages, A+ Content and Stores, tailored to ranking on the UK and US Marketplaces, across mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Liaise and collaborate crossfunctionally with other team members and client teams to complete projects involving multiple creatives, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Use proprietary and thirdparty Amazon marketing tools to carry out detailed keyword research, product, and competitor analysis.
- Utilise the Company's project management tools to manage deliverables and ensure correct processes are followed.
- Support the creation and delivery of additional adhoc content optimisation projects.
- Proactively invest time in your own continued professional development to ensure uptodate knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, and copywriting best practices.
Skills & Abilities:
- Clear understanding of search engine optimisation and keyword research.
- Exceptional creative writing, copyediting and storytelling skills with a highly engaging, customerfocused writing style.
- Comfortable working with workflow automation software to track and assign tasks for crossteam collaboration, successful project planning and execution.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team, as well as crossteam to deliver on KPIs and targets.
- At ease writing across a range of detailedoriented categories, encompassing electronics, computers & accessories, toys & games and more.
- Openness to learning about new skills, software, products, and ways of working.
- Strong work ethic matched by exceptional accuracy and attentiontodetail.
- A customercentric approach is essential, including the ability to present and convey topics in person, over video conferencing, and through concise document writing.
- A tenacious growth mindset, with the ability to think strategically.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Successful track record of optimising Amazon listings and A+ Content (preferred).
- Experience using project management tools to manage client deliverables (preferred).
- Previous marketing or agency experience would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
