Responsible for providing expert advice to stakeholders across all business areas and provide guidance on best practice, challenges and solutions pertinent to people.

actively participating in the implementation and coordination of key strategic and operational processes pertaining to the employee lifecycle. Reporting into the People Partner.

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
You have a minimum of 2 years HR experience in the BPO or a related industry. You have extensive experience of using HR information systems. You have a tertiary level qualification in HR or a related field/ or have relevant experience. you will demonstrate a solid and extensive understanding of local employment legislation, employee relations and industrial relations. You have experience in participating in payroll verification processes. You will showcase your strong interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders. You will show that you're an out of the box thinker with a collaborative approach
