- Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons to students at the primary/secondary level.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials and resources that align with the national standards for Computer Science education.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to engage students and enhance their understanding of computer programming concepts.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to promote their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Computer Science department to exchange ideas, share resources, and improve teaching practices.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of Computer Science and integrate this knowledge into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching Computer Science to primary/secondary students.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and national standards for Computer Science education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
