The Vacancy
Role Purpose
To make enquiries with our client, third party drivers, insurers & witnesses to determine whether the clients road traffic accident is non fault and if so provide the client with a replacement hire vehicle and organise the repairs to the clients own vehicle
Main Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
Handling calls quickly and efficiently with clients and insurers to discuss, record and progress cases, politely and professionally.
Ensuring that data is processed accurately.
Managing and prioritising daily workload.
Proactively reviewing claims files and updating the team leader with any current or potential issues that could arise.
Training
You will be given full training and support when starting your roles and throughout your time with Sovereign Automotive
What we ask of you?
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be customer focused, natural ability to build relationships
- Must be enthusiastic, self motivated and hard working
- Must have excellent time keeping and time management skills to be able to manage your file load
- Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and multitasking
Desirable Qualities
Although you do not need previous experience within the insurance industry it would be very advantageous if you had an understanding or previous experience in any of the below positions:
Insurance Advisor, Claims Advisor, Claims Handler, Telesales Advisor, Insurance Sales Advisor, Motor Claims Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Handler._
