IT Network Support Co-ordinator

London, NW9

£28,500 + Pension


If you are an IT buff and are looking for looking for an all round role then this position as a IT Network Support Co-ordinator will suit you, wonderful opportunities await the successful applicant.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Working as part of network support team to provide support to IT users
  • Responding to incident requests and logging details on the helpdesk system
  • Maintaining printers, eg: toner changing and toners stock auditing
  • Installing software packages as required and providing technical support to users
  • Maintaining and updating the ICT asset register, recording acquisitions and disposals
  • Carrying out routine checks in IT equipment such as ICT suites and laptops
