    The Global Media Investment Manager is primarily responsible for implementing Haleon's biddable media approach and ensuring local teams have a transparent path to buy media through.

    The role also covers all other media channels, working with the Global Media Investment Director to further grow the business.

    The role will be part of the Global Media team, reporting into the Global Media Investment Director.

    As a Media Investment Manager, responsibilities will include supporting the delivery and implementation of strategic biddable partnerships, helping markets implement best practice optimizations, managing the agency and global ad tech vendors, identifying future biddable opportunities, supporting the media investment director in day-to-day projects.

    This role reports to the Global Media Investment Director.

    Support local BU Media Leads to implement the Global media buying strategy.


    • Responsible for creating the annual audit results and ensuring 100% accuracy.
    • Take ownership for the management and growth of tier 2 media partners (Spotify, Teads, Insider, etc)
    • Support BU Media Leads to move 10-15% of investment from the programmatic ecosystem to a publisher direct activation.
    • Manage the ad technology used for media buying, including seat and billings, account access, optimisation audits.
    • Responsible for driving investment into new digital channels (e.g., Digital Audio, Digital OOH & DEI)
    • Create and own monthly investment 'drop-in clinics' for BU Media Leads
    • Working in tandem with the media operations team to ensure all BUs have the correct access to ad tech and appropriate level of capability.
    • Create the media element of the quarterly and annual investors report.
    Experience managing and developing strategies for paid media campaigns in a media agency or client-side


    • Well versed in all media channels. Including the latest developments in fast developing areas such as dOOH, connected TV and digital audio.
