    Trinity House Group are looking to recruit a Senior M&A Product Manager to join a fast paced, high growth software business in the Midlands. PE backed and on an M&A train, they have impressive plans to further increase their growth over the next 5 years.

    As Senior M&A Product Manager for a highly acquisitive SaaS organisation, you will be responsible for the Product due-diligence, integration strategy, execution and product go-to-market. You will play a key role in the identification, qualification, alignment and post-acquisition integration of target companies and products into their portfolio. In turn you will help shape the future of the Tech Operations department and position the business as a global leader.

    Senior Product Manager Role

    • Analysis of Product acquisition opportunities to confirm purchase and inform the post-acquisition strategy - product fit, strategic fit, market position, growth potential, product feature comparison, USP's, financial assessment, commercial modelling and vertical analysis.
    • Due diligence of target acquisitions to highlight challenges.
    • Partner with senior management to help design the product integration strategy.
    • Own the acquisition product integration roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed of the project status and changes to scope, quality or budget.

    Senior Product Manager Requirements

    • Experience of working in a B2B SaaS/ Software business.
    • Detailed experience of M&A Product assessment:
    • Evaluating how Products align with the organisations strategy and how their purchase would enhance their current suite.
    • Analysis of a Products market position and growth potential, for example untapped segments or geographies.
    • Review of financials – revenue, profitability, growth rates, recurring revenue streams etc.
    • Potential risks with the acquisition.
    • Managed and delivered Product roadmaps.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset.

    Senior Product Manager Package

    • c. £80,000 - £120,00
    • Bonus/ Management Incentive Scheme

    • Remote/ Hybrid (couple of days a month in the Midlands.)
