We are looking for a versatile individual with a strategic mindset, excellent copywriting skills and bags of enthusiasm for creatingbold and engaging communication strategies.


  • Focus on driving and growing brand engagement and adding commercial value for 90+ hospitality sites (staff dining restaurants and cafes)
  • Plan, develop and manage the creation and production of online and offline marketing content
  • Manage content distribution and publishing across multiple online channels including social media platforms
  • Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives
  • Manage our hospitality delivered in ecommerce site, its outreach strategy, and thirdparty partners
  • Analyse marketing data to track the success of marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions for future marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for all monthly reporting, campaign analysis and will make recommendations for future campaigns and activities
  • Ensure brand values are clearly communicated to customer using all forms of marketing
  • Develop a seasonal editorial, campaign, content, and social calendar while working closely with site teams and central support team to help deliver content

Shift and work pattern; 40 hours

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience in financial ownership of campaigns; KPI setting / achieving and maximising ROI
  • Experience creating and producing content for internal, external usage
  • Experience and knowledge of social media channels management, digital creativity, and editorial marketing
  • Familiarity working with CMS platforms and social insights tools
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to independently lead several campaigns at any one time
  • Ability to absorb and distil information quickly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, selfstarter, proactive with strong collaboration skills and team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude
  • High attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining and enforcing high standards
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite mainly InDesign, Illustrator and Premier Pro
