Quality Assurance Manager - Permanent, Full Time
30k Per Annum
You will be a strong Quality Assurance / Audit professional with a proven, demonstrable, record of driving improvement and providing exceptional service.
Duties:
- Lead, motivate, develop and performance manage a small team
- Maintain accuracy of procedure / process guides
- Develop and deliver adhoc training sessions to team members to maintain knowledge in all key areas
- Monitor resources and create, implement, and maintain management metrics including KPI's
- Prepare daily / monthly checking schedules based on volumes and client specific requirements, allocate work to team to ensure all SLA's are met
- Provide adhoc information at client meetings & external audits, attending where requested and appropriate
- Conduct RCA to identify and evaluate quality trends, contribute to the improvement of controls and reports
- Roll out requirements of Quality Assurance Framework across the business
- Take ownership of internal checking and calibration functions; support development and delivery of key client audit calibration
- Support the team to conduct comprehensive and robust Quality Audits to ensure compliance with relevant Legislation, Regulation and Codes of Conduct
- Highlight areas of identified noncompliance with enforcement legislation, industry best practice and internal policies and procedures; identify training needs at individual Agent and organisational level
- Constructively communicate findings to interested parties throughout the business, escalate riskbased checking where needed, track progress of remedial works
- Take responsibility for the continued evolution of existing scorecards to meet business needs, including working with provider of cloudbased Quality Assurance platform
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality assurance databases
- Proficient to intermediate level in MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience (ideally 3 years +) in a Quality Assurance / Audit environment
- Experience in team management or leadership
- Ability to drive and sustain improvements in quality behaviours
- Capability to meet expectations, deliver results and drive improvements
- Strong administration, organisational and communications skills
