About Amey
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Finance Assistant to join our team in Warrington (hybrid working available)


Finance Assistant plays an important part in assisting in all aspects of the administration, verification and processing of creditor payments and preparation of management accounts.


The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week

You will be responsible for:


  • Resolution of cost allocation queries
  • Ensure accurate and timely cost allocation within relevant profit centres
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayments
  • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Assist with cash receipts reconciliation
  • Resolution of queries from Accounts Receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Preparation of monthly and weekly reports for internal and external customers
  • Other transactional support
