Job title:

Salary:
Up to £90,000 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Understanding the needs of the business, functions and projects, to inform the Facilities Management (FM) strategy, drive continuous service improvement and ensure that full leverage is made of FM services
Determine the FM strategy ensuring alignment business activity.
Overall responsibility for the development and communication of the operating strategy in relation to Site and Facilities
Leads, sets strategy and drives the business change decisionmaking processes
Establish and maintain the relationship with senior business leaders and key stakeholders at a strategic level
Understanding the needs of the business, functions and projects, to inform the site and facilities' strategy, directing continuous service improvement
Influencing senior stakeholders in support of organisational design and the delivery of corporate initiatives
Leading with respect to financial and commercial activity to support delivery of FM strategy.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of new and emerging FM processes, systems, methods, and capabilities
Understanding industry developments and empower team to seek continuous improvement opportunities in support of these developments

Your skills and experiences:

Relevant degree or business degree, experience in consultancy or leadership position.
Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills and experience in the line management of individuals and teams
Substantial experience operating in Site and Facilities roles
Significant experience operating in a large organisation and responsibility for large/multiple budgets
Delivering significant business change and support with multiple stakeholders
Experience managing complex and diverse teams

The Facilities Management team:

This is a new role incorporating approximately 40 people globally who manage our Facilities on a number of sites.

The role has come about as the company moves the provision of Facilities Management to its shared services organisation thus requiring a strategic overview of FM provision.
