Page Personnel are representing a Public Sector Organisation based in Birmingham.


Description
The Reward Coordinator will;

  • Provide a benefits administration service, Review and update reward policies in line with best practice and legal compliance. Advise and resolve queries from managers in the business and colleagues in HR Administration and Payroll in line with the team'scustomer service standards.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity for pay and reward data and ensuring the appropriate second level checks are in place. Design & produce reports relating to reward data, take part in yearly external salary surveys, producing and analysing MI as necessaryto support business initiatives
  • Lead, manage and plan for the administration of the annual pay review process to deliver accurate pay data to senior managers for sign off and to payroll for action on time.
  • Oversee the design and planning of the delivery of benefits communication, both written and in person to provide clear and engaging messages to promote benefits and provide understanding of entitlements. Identify trends and plan to work on areas of thebusiness where uptake is low.
  • Support with the sourcing and introduction of new benefits when required, including working with the internal communications team.
  • Facilitate & support the job evaluation system by providing training and following process through record keeping, data inputting/scheduling of evaluation sessions to support effective pay management and reporting.

Profile
The successful Reward Coordinator will have; of handling large data sets.

  • Experience of handling large data sets.
  • Understanding of legislation.
  • Intermediate experience of using Microsoft packages, excel in particular.
  • General understanding of the Reward function.

Job Offer
The Reward Coordinator will be offered;
- £13.40 per hours plus holiday pay

  • Remote role, with occasional travel to office in Birmingham
  • Temporary until April 202
  • Immediate start
