    Description
    Fleet & Plant Administrator
    Circa £25,500 per annum depending on experience (plus benefits)

    As a Fleet & Plant Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Fleet & Plant Compliance Manager as well as providing general up-to-date and accurate administrative duties within the Fleet & Plant Teams.

    You are also required to maintain vehicle / mobile plant Datasets and Lists, to record vehicle service performance.

    This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

    Maintain records of all vehicle data

    • Track and analyse fleet expenses
    • Update the Motor Insurance Database
    • Administrative experience, ideally within a fleet or automotive setting
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 platform and an Asset Management System
    • A Transport Manager CPC Qualification or willingness to obtain it
