Location: London – Hybrid

Contract: 6 Months Inside IR35 (potential for additional 6 months)

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to work on a dynamic and innovative project within a well known Asset Manager? We are seeking talented Data Engineers to join our clients team and build a data warehouse from scratch with strong data infrastructure and visualisation on top collating various asset management data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data pipelines using state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including DBT, GCP, and PowerBI.

Design and implement efficient ELT/ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions to meet business needs.

Optimise data architecture and performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool) for modelling and transforming data in a cloud environment.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.

Strong understanding of ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.

Familiarity with visualisation tools like PowerBI for creating insightful dashboards and reports.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
