Job Description Mechanical Project ManagerReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple Mechanical installation projects across the commercial, health, education, and industrial sectors.
Typically, projects are located within the local region of the head office in Leeds, although travel further afield may be required.
Delivering projects from post Estimate through to completionManagement of directly employed and sub-contract/specialist labour
Commercial Awareness, Variations, Applications, Cost Control
Liaising with clients, attending and/ or chair project meetings
Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring a high quality of Electrical services installation
Programming, planning, and reporting of all project management activities
Manage commissioning process through to handover.
Formal qualifications are not necessary, although an HNC/HND or similar building services related qualification would be considered an advantage.
Building Services project management background with strong Mechanical engineering skill setManagement of multiple projects – ideally with an individual value of £100k – £1m
A desire to embrace training and development and progression within a business.
