    Our client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering comprehensive IT solutions to businesses across various industries.

    They assist in migrating applications and infrastructure to the Cloud, implement and manage security measures, and provide comprehensive cloud solutions.

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line Network Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to clients, with a primary focus on network infrastructure.

    Provide second-line technical support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, or remote assistance tools.
    ***Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, performance issues, and configuration errors.
    ***Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
    ***Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    ***Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex network issues and implement solutions.
    ***Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
    ***Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
    ***Experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
    ***Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve complex network issues.
    ***Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent (preferred).
