Oak at The Saracens is delighted to be recruiting for a General Manager to complete our team expansion.

Working alongside our new Exec Chef and Events Manager our small but ambitious company aims to go to the next level.

Oak currently operates inside the historic 16th Century Saracens Head Hotel, running a 40 seater restaurant, 30 seater bar, 20 seater lounge and 100 seater function room.

The General Manager applicants will need a strong bar management background, knowledge of promotions, marketing, restaurant management, hotels and functions.

Bookkeeping and account experience is desired. Kind and charming personality is also desired.
We aim to pursue awards for service and food in the coming year. The general manager will spearhead these advances.
