Job Summary:

A Global Real Estate Consultancy firm are seeking a Head of Operations to provide an effective estates and operations service in accordance with a Public Sector contract.

You will develop and manage strong working relationships with the client and identify opportunities where services can be improved or added value realised.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deputise for Contractor Director when required
Understand and identify key deliverables from the contract and variations
Be the Senior point of contact for forecasting, reporting, process management, and workflows involving the wider business, and all operational matters including quality assurance
Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to deliver the agreed scope and KPI's
Oversee and lead client meetings and required reporting and follow up actions
Ensure focus and necessary action on key deliverables to timeline
Take responsibility for database and inputs from the Operations team with focus on forecasts
Focus on Assurance to provide accurate data as the platform for accurate and robust forecasting
Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
Work across the wider business to maximise value opportunities and new business
Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants
Provide support and input as part of the Senior Leadership Team
Support Contract Director in the overall delivery of the contract

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
