Job Summary:

A Global Real Estate Consultancy firm are seeking a Head of Operations to provide an effective estates and operations service in accordance with a Public Sector contract.

You will develop and manage strong working relationships with the client and identify opportunities where services can be improved or added value realised.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deputise for Contractor Director when required
  • Understand and identify key deliverables from the contract and variations
  • Be the Senior point of contact for forecasting, reporting, process management, and workflows involving the wider business, and all operational matters including quality assurance
  • Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to deliver the agreed scope and KPI's
  • Oversee and lead client meetings and required reporting and follow up actions
  • Ensure focus and necessary action on key deliverables to timeline
  • Take responsibility for database and inputs from the Operations team with focus on forecasts
  • Focus on Assurance to provide accurate data as the platform for accurate and robust forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
  • Work across the wider business to maximise value opportunities and new business
  • Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants
  • Provide support and input as part of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Support Contract Director in the overall delivery of the contract

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • MRICS or similar
  • Degree level education
  • Clean driving licence
  • Experience of working with Clients at a high level
  • Broad knowledge of commercial property
  • Management of Property portfolios with evidence of effective delivery
  • Experience of managing a significant team
