Recruitment Project Lead

I am working with an Organisation based in Richmond who are looking for a Recruitment Project Lead 3 Months Initially.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying £23.45 Umbrella per Hour. The role is in scope of IR35.

Job Purpose

Support the Head of HR Business Partnering in reviewing the activities of the recruitment/resourcing team, develop a comprehensive plan for process improvements and to implement change where possible.

Responsibilities:

To review preemployment checking and onboarding processes and to recommend detailed changes to ensure they are streamlined and efficient.
To review the interface between our applicant tracking system (Tribepad) and the Midland iTrent HR/Payroll system, making full recommendations for best value changes to existing arrangements.
To review the use of Tribepad, to ensure it is fully configured for maximum benefit.
To develop more sophisticated and contemporaneous recruitment/resourcing metrics and reporting to ensure optimal service delivery, including workforce planning considerations.
To undertake an uptodate training analysis of the recruitment team to establish what is required for them to complete all the points on their job profile understand the capability and capacity of the current structure to ensure it is fit for purpose

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Comprehensive specialist knowledge of recruitment, and associated employment legislation
Highly effective project management skills
Demonstrable capability and capacity of working on complex projects in a large, complex work environment, to tight deadlines.
Experience of quickly establishing relationships with managers at all levels.
Experience of developing metrics and evidencebased solutions
A proved track record of improving processes, using complex IT based solutions.
Highly developed leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and involve individuals and teams.
Ability to look beyond existing ways of working to produce more effective and innovative service delivery models and partnerships.
