    Are you a leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? TC Facilities Management is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our regional teams in delivering exceptional facilities services, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement.

    Your Role:

    • Plan and manage resources to maximise performance and service delivery within defined budgets and specifications.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with clients to effectively resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
    • Conduct structured site visits to ensure specifications are met and build strong relationships with customers.
    • Foster effective team-working through structured meeting disciplines and clear communication cascades.
    • Manage regional managers to meet budgetary and performance targets and develop their capabilities.
    • Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports to deliver outstanding service standards.
    • Review and communicate weekly hours budget, KPI data, and business measures to inform decision-making.
    • Support direct reports in finding solutions to employee issues.
    • Uphold TC values and lead by example at all times.
    • Ensure all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
    • Review audits, take necessary actions to rectify issues promptly, and identify best practices for wider implementation.
    • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring sign-off where required.
    • Ensure teams have necessary equipment, machinery, and products for successful role fulfilment.
    • Provide cover and support within the region as needed.
    • Promote continuous improvement through sharing learning and best practices across direct reports.
    • Be the custodian of the TC brand and uphold its image and appearance across the team.
    • Lead recruitment and talent development to fulfil succession planning for management positions.
    • Ensure staff are trained in and adhere to all necessary legal compliance requirements.
    • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews with direct reports.
    • Identify ways to motivate staff and increase employee loyalty.
    • Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Deputise for the contract director when needed.
    • Champion and lead project work for the business as required.
    • Promote a culture of recognising and valuing diversity.
    • Identify and develop internal talent across the region, creating a strong succession plan for future vacancies.
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and make recommendations for best practices.

    Role Requirements:

    • Previous customer service delivery experience.
    • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation.
    • Proven experience in building positive working relationships.
    • Experience in developing people performance and capability.
    • Previous experience in remote management.
    • Experience in a service delivery environment.
    • Understanding of and experience in delivering a P&L account.
