    Description

    RM Recruit are delighted to be working with a progressive not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham who are on the lookout for a dynamic, well-articulated Treasury Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Our client is able to offer a flexible, hybrid working opportunity with the current office presence set at 1-2 times per week and the rest working from home.

    This role will see you support the Treasury function in developing the way the department produces analysis and uses financial information to support decision making and achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives.

    Develop and produce Treasury Dashboards to assist in managing Foreign Exchange (FX) and Banking risks within the organisation.

    Own and manage timely, insightful, and accurate cash flow reporting and currency mapping for Treasury, including analysis to provide clear outcomes supporting the objectives of the Finance and Corporate Services division.

    Identify and implement reporting efficiencies within Treasury, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
    Own, develop, and produce the Treasury Reporting Pack.

    Support the Treasury Operations manager with day-to-day management of treasury operations, including oversight of processing payments, both internal and third party, FX confirmation matching, and accurate position determination.

    Stay up-to-date with developments in the NFP sector regulatory reporting requirements.
    Provide Management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
    The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or studying towards a professional qualification with prior exposure to Treasury. Prior expertise with multicurrency treasury is highly advantageous for this role, although not essential. Advanced excel skills are also required for this role with experience using Microsoft Power Bi.
