As the R&D manager for NPAE I focus together with my Lab-Teams to design and develop a products.

But at the same time we are also responsible for its continuous improvements that ensures the desired results are constantly delivered to keep the customer satisfied and ensure the business continuity of NPAE.

In the R&D every day seems to be equal if you look from outside on my daily work, but in reality, every day is giving new and demanding task coming from customer or R&D topics we work on.

To be prepared for new task in a very fast environment is the daily challange.
Passion and a desire to learn – and obviously the mentality to never give up. By mixing these three things, the potential you can accomplish is huge.
