We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Levenshulme, Manchester.

The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and administer payroll for all employees in compliance with relevant laws and company policies
  • Calculate and record overtime, bonuses, and other additional payments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Assist in yearend payroll processes and reporting.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and related regulations
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:


  • A minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Additional certification in payroll administration or related field is a plus.

£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
