- Provide proactive legal advice on U.S. securities laws, particularly those related to public capital markets, transactions, and ongoing obligations of listed companies
- Be part of a team that handles regulatory compliance of public capital market activities, including securities offerings and ongoing reporting requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Offer technical and industry expertise in public company advisory, emphasising regulatory compliance, disclosure, and managing litigation risks.
- Assist in corporate governance matters
- Senior qualified lawyer with at least 6 years experience in U.S. securities laws, public market regulation, and corporate governance.
- US qualified lawyer (Preferable New York Bar)
- Blend of transactional and regulatory advisory experience gained through roles in-house (corporate, financial institution, regulatory body) and or private practice
