Office Coordinator

What you'll do:


  • Back up support for reception and conference room coordination as needed
  • Booking travel for executives
  • Support with space planning, working closely with the Global Real Estate Manager and Office Manager
  • Support with some overflow finance admin, including checking invoices
  • Assist with the planning, researching and execution of on and offsite company events including budget management
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office

What you'll need:


  • Strong academics ideally a degree.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Display a 'no job is too small' attitude
  • Ability to work inoffice full time, and eagerness to travel to other European offices as required
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solution orientated and proactive attitude
  • Enthusiastic attitude and strong team player
