We are delighted to be working with an exciting new client who are a leading UK specialist healthcare provider as they look to recruit 5x Customer Service Advisors to join their Stoke based office.


As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Advisor role involves speaking with new and existing customers; delivering an excellent, first class customer experience throughout.


To be considered for this role you need to be highly empathetic, take initiative, be a clear and confident communicator with excellent telephony and typing skills, strong organisational skills to manage and deal with difficult situations and conversations whilst respecting customer confidentiality.


Your main responsibility is to:


  • You will make contact with customers who have registered an interest online and educate them on the options available to them
  • It will also be your responsibility to manage customer bookings and take card payments whilst ensuring you are maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality
Monday to Friday; 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 *NON-ROTA'D
Saturday; 1 in 4, 09:00 - 16:00
Full time on-site


Salary:
£21,000 to £23,000 + incentives
Location is easily accessible via public transport or free parking onsite
