We are looking for a Full Time Team Administrator who will support delivery of a modern, effective, patient-focused administrative service within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Our service is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Team Administrator to join our professional team, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our psychological therapies team and service.
Our Teams pride ourselves on also supporting one another as well as service users. We are a tight knit team that work well together.
Individuals will be supported by a friendly and experienced management team, providing the best care we can for our service users.
We have key Performance Indicators which we strive to achieve month and encourage the administrators to use their initiative and promote autonomy in their area of work.
Previous administrative experience, previous use of large client databases, computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are essential.
The role is varied and duties include:
Creating, developing and maintaining client record systems
Co-ordinating the booking of client assessment and treatment appointments
Dealing effectively with telephone calls and visitors.
Data entry
Taking minutes at meetings
The Ealing Talking Therapies service is provided by West London NHS Trust.
The service operates from a main hub between West Ealing and Ealing Broadway, with additional sites sometimes used in Southall and across the borough.
