Are you a seasoned Procurement professional seeking a thrilling opportunity in the vibrant world of property management? Our esteemed client, a leading Property Management company specialising in Build to Rent and Leasehold Block Management, is on the hunt for a dynamic Procurement Manager to join their ranks.

This is a remote based role with one day of travel to Manchester a month.

Role :
Procurement Manager Location : Remote with one day travel to Manchester Salary : £50,000 per annum Schedule : Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement processes.

From overseeing vendor relationships to implementing strategic procurement initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence in procurement practices.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
Proven experience in procurement management, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
