- Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone & email
- Identifying new business opportunities for yourself and the team
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively reaching out to existing customers via phone, email and other communication channels to identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Understand the needs and pain points of customers to effectively position products as solutions to their challenges
- Book & manage appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for both internal and external account management teams
- Building relationships with partners and resellers by attending Trade Shows and Events
- Hybrid working available from home 1-2 days per week
- Have excellent telephone, interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong listening ability and paying close attention to detail
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or education-based environment
- A strong customer service focus and willingness to learn
- Uncapped Commission scheme with OTE of £6k per annum

Our client have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join growing Sales Team.
You will also be supporting External Account Managers, their Resellers, and Internal Support Team to deliver a world-class service.
