We're currently seeking a talented Legal Director o join a leading UK based law firm apart of their top ranking Social Housing team within the firms larger Property Department which works with a range of leading national & regional registered providers, local authorities, private house builders and funders.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements, Nomination agreements, infrastructure agreements and wayleave agreements, management agreements, service level agreements.
• Acquisition of housing development sites for RPs & 100+ sites for RPs from private institutions.

• Strong experience from national, regional or city firm
• Well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial property (primarily across Social Housing).
• Experience managing a team and ability to manage own caseload of files from initial instruction to post completion.
