Description
Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a design consultancy in the Cambridge area.

They're working with a broad range of customers from various industries such as IOT, automotive, defense (national infrastructure, cyber-security), and consumer electronics.

Due to growth in the business & project wins they're looking at adding another embedded software engineer to the team where no two days will be the same.

For less experienced engineers, you can expect to be working full time on new projects in various industries,and for more experienced engineers you may also be involved in proposals & requirements gathering with customers.


What we're looking for:
Strong knowledge and experience of embedded software engineering
Strong C/C++ programming ability,

Desirables:
Experience with embedded Linux (Building Yocto recipes, working with PetaLinux)
Experience or strong knowledge of radio or DSP
