Join this hugely successful distributor, renowned for collaborating with some of the UK's largest household brands, delivering exceptional service with an employee centric culture.


Managing all scheduled orders end to end, these are not reactive orders and are scheduled up to 3 months in advance.

The remaining responsibilities include managing the shipping process, co-ordinating freight forwarders and managing export paperwork.

This is a busy fast paced role, that is time critical and requires impeccable attention to detail. Dealing with high volume product numbers and the use of SAP would be highly beneficial.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing and scheduling B2B orders using SAP
  • Using client portal to review and prioritise orders
  • Getting quotes from couriers and arranging special deliveries
  • Coordinate collection requirements with warehouse
  • Make necessary amendments to scheduled orders
  • Setting up new clients on system
  • Feedback any issues / delays on purchase orders to customers and rectify issues accordingly
  • Stock management
  • Sending CoA's, invoicing, credit notes
  • Respond to all customer queries
