As a People Business Partner at The Crown Estate, you will play a pivotal role in executing the people strategy that aligns with our overarching goals and vision.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with leaders across Business Units and Group Partners to drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional people practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritise people initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational growth.
  • Provide valuable business insights to the People & Culture team while translating P&C insights into actionable strategies for the business.
  • Codesign and implement impactful people products and initiatives in collaboration with the wider P&C team and business stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions and facilitate the implementation of change and transformation initiatives within your designated business areas.
  • Empower employees to take ownership of their performance, careers, and learning by delivering tailored resources and experiences.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organization, fostering careerdefining experiences for all employees.
  • Own the employee lifecycle and key People practices within designated departments, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion interventions to cultivate an open and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Support people managers in talent attraction, relationship building, and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Cultivate insights into employee sentiment and preferences to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Provide training and development for managers to facilitate effective team reviews, goal setting, and performance measurement.

Experience and Skills:


  • Extensive experience as a trusted advisor and coach in various people and talent domains.
  • Proven track record of leading significant change initiatives, from organizational development to team formation.
  • Strong employee relations background with expertise in handling complex issues and mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships, including executivelevel engagement.
  • Practical knowledge of the latest people and talent trends, with a focus on practical implementation.
  • Digital acumen, including experience in leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Direct people management experience is desirable.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract
