    Commercial & Legal Coordinator - United Kingdom - The Crown Estate

    Description

    A varied and flexible role, the Team Coordinator will support the overall team, according to its size and structure, while working collaboratively with the EA within the relevant Group Function to assist them with the smooth flow of information between the Leadership Team and GLT member.

    The Team Coordinator is accountable for building strong working relationships across the business with other Assistants and key internal stakeholders, e.g.

    in Finance, Legal & People Team to encourage and enhance flow of information, including an understanding of the key current business drivers, keeping the team one step ahead of any key requirements and information flow.


    • supporting the annual business planning processes; Reconciling the leadership team member's GPC credit card claims and expense claims.
    • General duties will include, but not limited to: raising POs, paying invoices, monitoring team budgets and reconciling on a quarterly basis with Finance Business Partner. Maintaining and update procurement and contract logs, monitoring and updating business continuity plans and customer contact lists.

    The Team Coordinator will need to be efficient, flexible and discreet with excellent customer service skills in order to balance the requirements of a busy and commercial team.


    • Can be flexible with the ability to support a team in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong IT, Adobe and MS Office experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to build rapport and purposeful working relationships with senior leaders, the wider team, internal and external stakeholders. Strong influencing skills and confident to ask for help and support from peers, as needed.
    • Energetic and resourceful, proactive in initiating change to improve performance of self and team processes.
    This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract .
